A dedicated home care provider based in Rochford is seeking a Care Assistant to support individuals transitioning from hospital to home. This role involves providing short-term care, assessing ongoing needs, and collaborating with health professionals. Ideal candidates should be passionate about helping others and capable of working flexible shifts across 7 days. The position offers £13.20 per hour with various benefits such as enhanced bank holiday rates, referral bonuses, and a pension scheme.
Based in Rochford
Salary: £13.20 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile
Driving licence and own transport essential
Guaranteed hours available (20-37.5 per week, subject to availability)
Shift patterns: 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm
Must be available to work across 7 days, including alternate weekends

The ideal Care Assistant is passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support. You’ll be a reliable and honest team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure accurate record-keeping. While previous experience in care, hospitality, retail, or customer service is welcomed, it’s not essential—we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Most importantly, you’ll share our values: a commitment to positive change, trust, professional excellence, and delivering personalised care.
