Job description
Overview

We have a dedicated and well‑trained team providing an excellent standard of person‑centred care for our residents. As a Care Assistant joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents, you will:

  • Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes.
  • Help promote the mental and physical activity of our residents through talking to them, taking them out, engaging them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and other social activities and recreations.
  • Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to the person in charge where necessary.
  • Ensure residents' physical environment meets their needs, meeting personal care needs in a way that respects dignity and promotes independence.

Prior experience is desirable but not needed, as we will give you all the training you need to be successful in this role.
