Saxon Care is recruiting Care Assistants to support individuals in their own homes across Trowbridge and nearby towns. Earn £14.79–£15.50 per hour with paid travel time, mileage allowance, and enhanced pay for unsociable hours. Permanent contracts with guaranteed hours for both full-time and part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to individuals in their own homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and meal preparation.
• Support with medication prompts and administration where needed.
• Perform light domestic tasks and shopping support.
• accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Record accurate notes of care visits and report changes.
