Job summary

Bluebird Care Taunton and Mid Devon is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our Mid Devon team serving Tiverton, Cullompton and Willand. You will support customers with daily living tasks and deliver compassionate, person-centred care.

Full training is provided; a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required. The role is hourly paid at £15.12–£22.68, with full or part-time hours and a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to engage, listen and communicate effectively.
• Flexible and patient with a person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with daily living tasks.
• Assist with personal care and mobility as needed.
• Follow care plans and report changes to the team.
• Travel to client locations within Tiverton and surrounding areas.
