Avon Search is seeking a caring Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care in a charming Grade II listed Georgian home. You will support residents with personal care, daily living activities, and mobility, while promoting dignity and independence and building strong relationships with residents and families.

The home features 26 individually decorated bedrooms, furnished to a high standard in a charming country-living style. Privately owned, the service provides a warm, comfortable, and caring environment where residents can enjoy a happy and fulfilling new chapter in their lives.

With a maximum capacity of 34 residents, the home prides itself on creating a close-knit, family-oriented atmosphere where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported. The care philosophy centres on compassion, family values, and creating a genuine sense of belonging.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents. You will help ensure each individual feels safe, comfortable, respected, and valued, promoting their dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.
