Job summary

ESP Care in Newport, UK is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker / Clinical Assistant (HCSW/CA) to assist residents with daily living activities, monitor basic observations, and support mobility using equipment such as hoists and walking aids, while upholding dignity and compassionate care.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, at least six months of UK care experience in the last three years, the right to work in the UK, and willingness to undergo DBS and references; you will follow home

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months UK care experience (within last 3 years).
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.
• Willing to undergo DBS and reference checks.
• Ability to follow home policies and procedures.
