Job summary

OneCall24 Limited is recruiting Healthcare Assistants in the Oxfordshire area to fulfil ongoing assignments across Days, Nights, and weekends in nursing and residential care homes. You will monitor patients, support with hygiene, feeding, and hydration, and communicate with relatives and carers.

The role offers weekly & daily pay, a shift management app, and opportunities for training to advance to senior positions; a valid DBS is required, along with proof of eligibility to work in the UK

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Promoting an environment that makes patients feel safe and comfortable.
• Monitoring patients.
• Maintaining patients' personal hygiene and wellbeing.
• Ensuring patients are fed and hydrated.
• Communicating with and supporting relatives and carers.
