Harbour Healthcare is recruiting a Care Assistant for our Dalford Sheffield area care home. We welcome applicants without prior care qualifications and provide full training to become a skilled care worker.

You will support residents with daily activities, promote wellbeing, and help create a warm, respectful atmosphere at the home. Shifts include daytime and evening blocks, offering opportunities to develop empathy, patience, and communication skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required.
• Willing to train and support you to gain a health and social care qualification.
• Good communication and empathy with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs as required.
