Dale Care Ltd is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Spennymoor to provide person-centred care in clients' homes across the local area. You will follow structured shift patterns and have a rota known in advance, enabling reliable, local service delivery.

No experience is required as full training and paid shadow shifts are provided, with funded NVQ options and a clear path for career progression within a disability-confident employer.

Formación

• Travel requirements include a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship not available.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
