Job summary

Care Outlook is seeking Care Assistants to support residents in our Extra Care Schemes in Worthing (BN13) with personal care, daily living tasks and companionship. You will help maintain independence and dignity for our clients, while building trusting relationships within the care team.

We offer training to complete the Care Certificate, funded NVQs, a pension plan and 28 days annual leave. Part-time and full-time roles available, with various shifts including mornings, afternoons and nights.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and patient approach to support elderly and vulnerable clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients, families, and team.
• Reliable and proactive in delivering high-quality personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with daily activities and light housekeeping.
• Observe and document client wellbeing and report changes to supervisors.
