Call-In Homecare is recruiting compassionate Care Assistants to help people in Coatbridge stay independent at home. You’ll receive full paid training, a guaranteed-hours contract, and ongoing support from a team who truly value you.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.45, weekly pay, mileage allowance, paid training, and a pathway to career development. Full UK driving licence is preferred, but walking visits are available.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate personality
• Good level of English
• Full UK driving licence preferred; walking visits available, car not required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities (meal prep, medication prompts, domestic support)
• Help with personal care
• Support clients to participate in planning and provision of their care
• Record and report daily visit information accurately
