Job summary

Cera Care in Coventry is hiring care assistants to support clients at home. Roles include part-time and full-time positions with flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; guaranteed hours available for some posts.

No experience is required, and you will receive training and ongoing support as you help people live independently with compassion and reliability.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must have driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights.
• Female driver with a car for guaranteed hours (where required).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications and help with cooking or preparing hot meals.
• Help with domestic tasks and provide companionship and reassurance.
