Job summary

Cera is seeking caring individuals to join our team in Butterwick as Care Assistants. No experience is required, and we offer opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours with flexible shifts and every-other weekend off where possible.

Preferred applicants will have a driving licence and access to a vehicle, with guaranteed hours available and a generous benefits package including DBS, mobile phone, uniform, mileage and refer-a-friend bonuses.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Ability to communicate with clients and the care team.
• Driving licence preferred for some shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Help with medications, cooking hot meals and domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to those you care for.
