Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• 6+ months UK care experience in last 3 years (personal care + moving/handling).
• Registration in Scotland/W Wales/Northern Ireland not required in England.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Values: empathy, integrity, respect, teamwork.
• Portable DBS can fast-track recruitment.
