Job summary

Call-In Homecare Limited in Glasgow North is looking for compassionate Care Assistants to provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes across Drumchapel, Anniesland and surrounding areas. You’ll work with consistent shift patterns and know your rota in advance, helping maintain independence and dignity with a local team.

No previous care experience is required as full training and SVQ funding are provided, including paid shadow shifts.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence preferred; walking visits also available.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.
• Able to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with basic cooking.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
