Job summary

All Care Services is recruiting a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care across Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, Oxford, and Henley-on-Thames. You will assist with daily activities, meals, and mobility in clients’ homes, with full training provided.

We offer permanent contracts (full- and part-time), enhanced pay for unsociable hours, and a supportive team in a locally focused setting. No experience is required; travel is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Travel requirements: community-based role across Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, Oxford, Henley-on-Thames and surrounding areas.
• No experience required – full training provided.
• AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends work availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults.
• Assist with meal preparation and basic cooking.
• Help with light household tasks and errands.
• Support with shopping and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
