Job summary

Alina Homecare are recruiting a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in Cosham and surrounding areas. No previous experience required as full training is provided and you’ll earn up to £16.00 per hour with flexible hours.

You’ll deliver companionship, personal care and everyday support to help clients maintain independence, dignity and safety, with access to training and staff discounts. A driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion and a positive attitude.
• A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to prevent loneliness.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Assist with medication reminders and prescriptions where required.
• Assist with mealtimes and housekeeping to support independence.
• Support mobility and safe movement around client homes.
