Job summary

Lauriem Complete Care Ltd in Deal is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred home care across Deal and Dover. You will support older adults to maintain independence in their own homes with flexible hours and community-based visits.

Guaranteed hours and permanent contracts for full-time and part-time roles are available, with paid training and opportunities to progress in NVQ qualifications from day one.

Qualifications

• Travel requirements: community-based role requires a full UK driving licence, your own car and business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Personal care for older adults in their homes.
• Meal preparation and basic cooking.
• Light household tasks and food shopping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
