Agincare is seeking empathetic Home Care Assistants to support clients at home across Dorset. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided. You will help with daily routines, personal care, and companionship, while respecting care plans and clients' dignity.

Applicants must have a UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK, with weekends alternating. Mileage is reimbursed and there are opportunities for career progression within a growing, not-for-profit care

Qualifications

• No experience required – comprehensive training provided.
• Good people skills and empathy.
• Minimum 12 months of right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willing to work alternating weekends.

• Assist with daily routines and personal care in clients' homes.
