Hartley Wintney-based Alina Homecare is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver award-winning care in clients’ homes. No prior experience is required; full training is provided to support independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Roles include companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meals, housekeeping, and mobility support. Flexible hours with part-time and full-time options, mileage paid, and a £500 joining bonus.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required.
• Excellent communication and empathy essential.
• Reliable and flexible with a caring attitude.
• Full training provided through the Alina Homecare Academy.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to reduce loneliness and support clients.
• Deliver personal care with dignity and privacy.
• Assist with medications reminders and prescriptions as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes as required.
• Light housekeeping to keep client homes comfortable.
• Assist mobility and transfers to promote independence.
