Qualifications

• Care professionals must protect client confidentiality and dignity.
• Ability to read and act on Care Plans to promote continuity of care.
• Willingness to learn; full training provided for the right applicant.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care assistance to clients as needed.
• Move and handle residents, assist with dressing and daily hygiene.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to senior staff.
• Attend in-service training and mandatory training as required by law.
• Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
