Job summary

Nexo People is seeking experienced Care Assistants for flexible ad-hoc shifts in care homes around Insch, Scotland.

Earn £14.24–£22.41 per hour (including holiday pay) with options for days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. This is not a permanent position; sponsorship is not offered. Join a supportive team with quick pay and local shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months' paid UK care experience in the last 2 years (Care Assistant / HCA / Support Worker)
• Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
• Up-to-date PVG
• SSSC registration
• Right to work in the UK
• Reliable, friendly, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support (washing, dressing, mobility, toileting)
• Support residents during mealtimes and with hydration
• Keep accurate care records
• Work as part of a professional care team to deliver safe, dignified care
• Respond to residents with kindness and respect
