Job summary

Prime Life are seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants on a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role is based at Chamberlaine Court, Bedworth, Warwickshire, caring for residents with various health needs in a supportive environment.

We offer regular shifts (8am–8pm or 8pm–8am) across a 7-day week, a fully funded DBS, comprehensive holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme up to £250 per successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
• Candidates should be patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ individual abilities.
• A genuine care-focused mindset to support residents with age-related conditions and health needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily routines.
• Support residents with meals to maintain nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility around the home with aids as required.
• Provide companionship and accompany residents on social outings or appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with the care team.
