Care Assistant

Based in Laceby and Grange

Salary: £12.21 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.21 per hour. Hours: 3pm - 11pm

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is ideal but not essential.

No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate support with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting and continence care—always with dignity and respect.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing nutritious meals, light housekeeping and occasional shopping to help maintain a comfortable home environment.
  • Support with medication routines, ensuring individuals receive the right help at the right time, with full training provided.
  • Offer meaningful companionship, bringing warmth, reassurance and social interaction to brighten someone’s day.
Qualifications

The ideal Care Assistant is passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support. You’ll be a reliable and honest team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure accurate record-keeping. While previous experience in care, hospitality, retail or customer service is welcomed, it’s not essential—we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
