Care UK is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care and meals, helping them stay active and independent in a homely environment.

You will join a learning-focused team with our Learning Academy, which offers excellent training and induction programs for new carers and support workers; ongoing development is provided through approved apprenticeship schemes.

Responsibilities

• Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible
• Support residents with personal care and mealtimes
• Helping identify residents’ unique goals and implement personalised care plans
• Supporting residents to explore new interests and engage in physical activities in a motivating and homely environment
