Nurseplus Hereford is seeking a temporary Support Worker to provide compassionate care across settings, including elderly care and disabilities. You will support personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship while following care plans to promote independence and dignity.

We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, training, DBS processing, and development opportunities in a supportive team environment. You must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK.
• Driver with access to own car.
• Flexible availability with ability to travel between care settings.
• Good standard of English and clear communication.
• Clear enhanced DBS (applied for upon registration).

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care and mobility.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Prepare meals and provide companionship.
• Follow care plans to promote independence and dignity.
