Avon Search seeks a Healthcare Assistant for a luxury retirement home in Doncaster. The role involves delivering person-centred care and supporting residents with daily living in a small, private setting.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure compassionate, dignified care while building meaningful relationships with residents and families. Full-time day or night shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months’ experience within a care setting.
• A caring, compassionate and reliable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting people with their care needs.
• Ability to deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Responsabilités

• Providing compassionate care and support to residents.
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Supporting residents with mobility, comfort and general wellbeing.
• Building positive relationships with residents and their families.
• Promoting dignity, independence and choice at all times.
• Supporting residents with meals, hydration and social activities.
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns.
• Following care plans and adhering to health and safety procedures.
