Job summary

Jewish Care in the United Kingdom is seeking a Care Assistant (Days) on a 1 year fixed term contract to support residents with daily living in a person-centred way. You’ll help with personal care, meals and activities while building relationships with residents to help them live well.

Join a caring, values-driven team dedicated to dignity and compassion, with full training and ongoing support. The role includes weekends and 12-hour shifts (8am–8pm).

Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant (Days) to join our Care team on a 1 year fixed term contract.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. You’ll get to know each resident as an individual—what matters to them, what makes them smile—and tailor your support to help them live well.

No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

Working pattern

12-hour shifts (8am–8pm), including some weekends
