Job summary

Anchor in Caterham is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Elizabeth Court. The role includes providing dignified personal care, helping residents during meals, and offering compassionate support with daily activities.

We offer learning and development opportunities, including training to attain Level 2 qualification. As a Living Wage Foundation employer, Anchor provides a range of benefits and pays a real living wage, with shifts including nights where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide dignified personal care to residents.
• Assist during mealtimes and support residents with daily activities.
• Be a caring, attentive listener and support residents with various aspects of life.

Location: Elizabeth Court Caterham Hourly Rate of Pay: £13.85 per hour Closing date: 18/11/2026 Contracts: 3x 35 hour contract, 1x 28 hour contract May be required to cover the odd night shift
