Aurem Care is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents in maintaining dignity, independence and quality of life. You will provide high-quality personal care and emotional support, building meaningful relationships and assisting with daily activities.

You will work as part of a dedicated care team, maintaining records in Nourish and upholding kindness, compassion and professionalism. Training and ongoing support are provided.

About the Role

About You

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are enthusiastic about providing outstanding care and support.

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Are organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.


• Encourage and support residents to maintain their interests, hobbies, and social connections.


• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

• Pay: £13.10 per hour


• Full-time and part-time opportunities available


• Flexible contracts of 22, 33, or 44 hours per week
