Care Assistant – Days – Bradwell Village, Oxfordshire

Hourly Rate: From £13.03 + benefits

Employment: Permanent full-time or part-time (up to 39 hrs per week)

Location: The Cotswold Home, Woodside Drive, Bradwell Village, OX18 4XA, Oxfordshire

About the Role

We have a dedicated and well‑trained team providing an excellent standard of person‑centred care for our residents. As a Care Assistant you will:

  • Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes.
  • Help promote the mental and physical wellbeing of residents through talking, taking them out, engaging them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and other social activities and recreations.
  • Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to the person in charge where necessary.
  • Ensure residents’ physical environment meets their needs.
  • Meet personal care needs of residents with dignity, promoting independence.

Prior experience is desirable but not needed; we provide all necessary training.
