Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents in a care home environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Care Home experience is essential.
• Hold an NVQ in health and social care or a willingness to undertake vocational training programme.
• Experience of working with older service users is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to provide quality care; kind and considerate, innovative and caring.
