Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a Care Assistant - Days at Upper Mead Care Home in the United Kingdom. The role centres on helping residents with daily routines, personal care and creating moments of joy, dignity and connection throughout the day.

You don’t need prior care experience; a warm heart, empathy and teamwork matter most. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays, is required to support our residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all our care is documented and any concerns are escalated to the Nurse in charge
