Anchor Hanover is seeking a Care Assistant at Eastlake in Godalming to support residents with dignified personal care, assist at mealtimes, and provide a caring, listening presence. Eastlake houses 53 residents; shifts run 07:30–14:30 and 14:30–21:00, totaling 35 hours per week.

No prior care experience is required, and extensive training is provided. As an accredited Living Wage Foundation Employer, Anchor Hanover offers a real living wage and a broad range of benefits and development

Job Purpose:

As a Care Assistant, you'll bring compassion, energy, and fun to our residents. Your role includes providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of people's lives. Beyond physical care, you'll also be a comforting and attentive listener.
