  • Live within 20 minutes of the Home.
  • One year's experience of working in a residential or nursing home preferred.

Overview

Job Title: Care Assistant - Days

Salary: £12.49ph plus incentives

Hours: Full Time: 7.30am-7.30pm, 3-4 shifts a week to include alternate weekends

Location: Brigg, DN20 8DL

Employer: Orchard Court Care Home, owned by Jasmine Healthcare

Responsibilities
  • You will join our team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide the highest possible levels of care in supporting and assisting our residents in all aspects of daily living, including providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating
  • You will be responsible for promoting our resident's independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing
  • You will complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits
  • Ensure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year
Qualifications

  • One year's experience of working in a residential or nursing home

Team Members under 21 will be paid at £1.00 per hour less, which is significantly above National Minimum Wage guidelines for this age group
