Job summary

Holmes Care Group LTD in Scotland is seeking a Care Assistant for Larkfield View, offering a 38.5-hour rota across days and nights to support residents with compassionate, person-centered care. You will help residents maintain independence and dignity while participating in daily activities and staying connected with families.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent care and support to residents
• Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual
• Providing support and guidance to family members
• Engaging in day-to-day activities and providing companionship to residents
• Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
