Qualifications

• Health and Social Care Level 2 NVQ preferred but not essential.
• Experience in caring for elderly residents is advantageous.
• Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Willingness to commit to a DBS check and ongoing training.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care in a dignified, person-centred way.
• Assist residents to and from bed and throughout daily routines.
• Support with mealtimes and participation in activities.
• Help maintain a clean, safe and homely environment.
• Support night-time checks where required.
