Dovehaven Care Homes is offering a Care Assistant role at Paradise House in Leyland. The home caters for up to 39 residents and provides 12-hour shifts, with day or night options and a Real Living Wage.

Full induction and ongoing training are provided, with premium pay on care workers and a supportive team environment. You will help residents feel safe and valued, support daily routines, and work with your team to maintain high standards of care.

• Comfortable working independently, especially at night.
• Team players who support others and care for residents.
