Job description

We are looking for a Care Assistant to provide residents with a detailed care plan, and assist with all aspects of personal care during the day. Ensuring the residents maintain independence and dignity, using a person-centred approach.

Rate of Pay

Weekdays £12.50

Weekends £12.70

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to :
  • To work in line with the Company's culture and ethos promoting Commitment, Connection and Compassion within daily duties.
  • To ensure that the Mobile Care Monitoring (MCM) device is used effectively.
  • Supporting residents with all aspects of personal care whilst maintaining and promoting independence and ensuring privacy and respect.
  • To ensure that residents are dressed appropriately and in possession of their individual aids, i.e. dentures, hearing aids, walking frames etc.
  • Ensure that resident's clothes are cared for and clothing that is to be repaired or beyond repair is reported to housekeeping or a family member.
