Care Assistant (Complex Care)

About The Company: The client provides high-quality services to 99 residents across 6 specialised units, offering effective, varied complex care in a safe and comfortable environment.

About the role: This position is suitable for an experienced Care Assistant currently working within a care home, NHS, or private hospital setting. Reporting to the Care Home Manager, you will be part of a dedicated care team, making a positive difference in residents' lives.

Duties include:

  • Supporting residents with social and physical activities
  • Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, etc.)
  • Supporting residents with eating and drinking

Skills and Experience:

  • Essential: Complex Care Experience
  • NVQ Level 2 in health and social care or willingness to work towards it
  • Caring and positive attitude
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Good communication skills

  • Week 1 – 3 days: 19:45 to 07:45
  • Week 2 – 4 days: 19:45 to 07:45

Total average per week – 42 hours, including every other weekend

  • Week 2 – 4 days: 07:45 to 19:45

Total average per week – 42 hours, including every other weekend. We operate a rolling rota with three shifts one week and four the next, with every second weekend off.
