Experience and Requirements
  • Previous experience in complex care (tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation, seizure management) desirable – full training provided
  • A genuine passion for person‑centred care and community‑based working
  • Experience supporting children and/or adults with complex health needs (preferred but not essential)
  • Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a strong desire to make a difference

Pay and Working Conditions
  • Pay: £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay – clearly itemised on payslips)
  • Shifts: Day and Night shifts
  • Contract Type: Zero Hours Contract – consistent rostering to ensure continuity for both staff and clients
