Oakland Care is seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team in Folkestone and Hythe District. You will support residents with daily personal care, meals, hygiene and comfort, and contribute to a warm, respectful living environment.

You will work closely with the care team, document care activities, and participate in training to develop your skills. A compassionate attitude, reliability and teamwork are essential; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.
• Be a compassionate and caring person.
• Be a true team player.
