Job summary

Brentwood Care Centre in Essex is seeking Health Care Assistants to join our friendly team. You will support residents with personal care, mobility and engagement, while contributing to their wellbeing in a compassion‑driven environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and feeding.
• Providing physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities or events with residents, both individually and as a group.
• Taking responsibility for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of the residents.
• Being aware and participating in the development of resident Care plans and having full awareness of any specialist support needs.
• Assisting residents with mobility and support.
