Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong compassion and a genuine interest in residents and families.
• Willingness to undertake tailored training and courses to boost confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal times.
• Foster a warm, welcoming and supportive environment.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, families and colleagues.
• Support residents in living fulfilling and independent lives.
