Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Care Assistant for Braintree Mews Care Home in Braintree. You will deliver high standards of personal care and join a supportive care team to ensure residents receive consistent, compassionate care.

Full induction and training are provided. DBS check will be completed by Avery, and you must have eligibility to work in the UK. No prior experience is required as training will build confidence and skills.

Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and others in the home.
• Efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
• Able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
