Job summary

CRT Ltd is seeking Home Care Assistants to provide compassionate support in Clay Cross, Newbold and Brimington. Drivers are required to visit clients in their own homes, with paid training and progression opportunities.

Flexible shifts, guaranteed hours after probation, permanent contracts and fully funded NVQ qualifications from day one are offered, with DBS provided and a strong focus on independence and quality of life for clients.

Qualifications

• A caring, compassionate and reliable nature.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Own vehicle and business insurance required.
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
• Shifts available between 7am–2pm and/or 3pm–10pm.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• £14.02 per hour
• Up to £17.59 per hour (Bank Holidays)
• Plus 40p per mile mileage allowance
