Qualifications

• We are looking for people who are passionate about supporting residents with outstanding care.
• You should be organised, reliable and able to communicate clearly.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts is important.

Responsibilities

• Gently support residents with personal care including washing, dressing and meals.
• Encourage independence and dignity, helping residents feel valued.
• Build trusting relationships to provide comfort and companionship to residents and families.
• Contribute to personalised care plans and honour each resident’s needs and wishes.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel at home.
