A local home care provider in Westminster seeks compassionate Care Professionals to support older adults in their community. The role offers flexible hours with a minimum commitment of 2 hours per visit, providing companionship, personal care, and support in daily activities. We’re looking for compassionate, reliable and proactive Care Professionals who want to make a real impact in the lives of older adults in their local community. If you want to be more than “just a carer” and feel part of a supportive and collaborative team — we’d love to hear from you.
Every visit is at least 2 hours, giving you time to build strong, trusting relationships. Your role might include:
Providing companionship, emotional support and a listening ear
Helping with shopping, light housekeeping, or preparing nutritious meals
Supporting with personal care, mobility or medication reminders
Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, or just for a nice walk
Bringing dignity, joy and independence to someone’s daily routine
You don’t need previous care experience — just the right values and a desire to help others. Ideal candidates will be:
Compassionate, calm and a good listener
Able to take initiative and work independently
Comfortable using public transport to visit clients
Available for early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
Committed to working collaboratively with our office team
