Barchester Healthcare is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and companionship at a warm, respected care home in Stratford-on-Avon. You will follow care plans, help with meals, and ensure residents feel valued every day.

Experience caring for older adults and a positive, can-do attitude are essential. We provide full training and ongoing opportunities to develop your career in a supportive team.

• Assist residents with daily living activities (washing, dressing, feeding).

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.
