Barchester Healthcare is looking for a compassionate Care Assistant to help residents enjoy each day by delivering quality care and support. You’ll assist with daily living, provide companionship and follow individual care plans in a fulfilling environment.

You’ll need some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication. Training will be provided to help you thrive and grow within the team, with rewards and benefits including a £500 Golden Hello.

ABOUT THE ROLE-

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
